Val Vista Academy is currently accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year on a first-come, first-served basis, considering we are past our Open Enrollment period. If you are interested in enrollment for the current year, please call us.

By statute, charter schools are public schools and therefore must enroll all eligible students who submit timely applications. Students must be enrolled in an equitable manner, such as through a lottery. To meet this requirement, Val Vista Academy holds an “Open Enrollment” period from November through January for students who wish to join us in the next fall (ex: Nov. 24 – Jan. 25 for the Fall of 2025-2026 school year).

Val Vista Academy is a tuition free K-8 school. There is no cost to submit an application or to attend.

Application and Enrollment Process

1. Submit an application through PowerSchool
2. After enrollment is confirmed, an email will be sent from PowerSchool to request the following documents:

- Proof of Residency
- Birth Certificate - State Certified
- Immunization record
- Any necessary court documents

Re-Enrollment Information
